By accessing or using our website or purchasing any of our products or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions, you may not access or use our website or purchase any of our products or services.

2. Description of Services and Courses

Ready for Growth offers coaching services and self-paced courses designed to support reflection, self-expression, and aliveness. Coaching is offered one-to-one over Zoom; courses are delivered through our course platform. Sessions and courses are not therapy, medical advice, or a substitute for either.

3. Payment

Payment for all services and courses is due in full at the time of purchase. Course purchases are processed through our course platform, Thinkific, which uses Stripe to handle credit-card payments. Coaching is invoiced separately at the time of booking.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

If you cancel a course purchase, you are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, refunds are not available. For coaching, please contact us directly to discuss cancellation or rescheduling.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, and videos, is protected by copyright. You may not copy, distribute, or modify any of our content without our prior written consent.

6. Confidentiality

We will keep information you share with us in the course of coaching or correspondence confidential, and we will not share it with any third party without your prior consent, except where required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, arising from your use of our website or our services.
