When life looks full, but something feels off

Many of us move through life successfully doing what’s expected of us. We’re productive, capable, engaged—yet slowly losing touch with our own sense of aliveness.

We stay busy, scroll more, and avoid certain conversations. Nothing is fundamentally “wrong,” yet something important is asking to be noticed. We’re just not quite sure how to listen.

A different starting point

This work doesn’t begin by trying to fix or improve what you’re feeling. It begins by slowing down enough to notice what’s already here.

By building relationship with your own experience—sensations, emotions, impulses, hesitations—clarity and next steps tend to emerge naturally.

This work starts from a simple trust: that life changes naturally when it’s met with care rather than pressure.

What brings people to this work?

Some people arrive because they feel disconnected from aliveness—often experienced as a loss of energy, joy, pleasure, or play. Life may look full and successful on the outside, yet inside something feels dull, undernourished, or blocked.

Others arrive because they’re navigating complexity—transition, uncertainty, or change. They may not be thinking about aliveness at all. They simply sense that the old ways of being no longer work, and that something new is trying to take shape.

There’s no single reason people arrive. What they tend to share is a quiet readiness to pay closer attention to themselves—and see what might emerge.

Hi, I’m Stephen Tracy. 👋
I’m a curious, big-hearted, dachshund-loving personal coach based in New York City.

My work has been shaped by my own life experiences and by years of walking alongside people as they navigate questions of aliveness, desire, identity, and change.

Over time, I’ve become less interested in fixing or optimizing life and more devoted to creating space for honest self-exploration and meaningful connection with what’s already here. In my work, I offer presence and companionship so clarity, coherence, and new possibilities can emerge from within your own experience.
